Promoting the health of the mind body and soul.
At Life Technology™ we look at the whole spectrum of health, fitness and well being. Instead of using particular therapies in isolation, or a single health philosophy, we take a holistic approach, which means looking at everything that impacts the health of the organism on all levels of the mind body and soul.
There are an infinite number of factors which can affect health and wellness but only a small proportion of these factors can be controlled. Fortunately the main factors which influence health ie the elements of lifestyle and diet can be controlled and modified in such a way as to promote our health, and in the case of weakness or illness strengthen our vital force and our natural forces of healing.
The health of the mind body and soul are inter-related and therefore to promote overall health and well being we must actively support all elements without neglecting any single element.
Support of the physical health is principally important and is related to the health of the mind and soul. This fact is recognised and stated in the well known maxim:
'Mens sana in corpore sano' (A healthy mind in a healthy body).
Through many years of experience in providing healthcare we came to recognise that, generally speaking, illnesses or imbalances will occur when certain unbalancing factors are introduced into the healthy system of the organism. These imbalances are often dietary or lifestyle related and may also have a spiritual or subtle energy component which may be a less common element but is an important factor nonetheless.
So that our clients may enjoy the best health possible and thereby attract further blessings of joy and abundance we have outlined a protocol to support the health as follows.
Supporting health on all levels of the mind body and soul.
For anyone concerned about health and wellness correct nutrition is paramount. At Life Technology we do not believe in the common methods of vitamin and mineral supplementation because we feel that these methods are merely expensive placebos at best and are often quite toxic to the organism. The only supplements we generally recommend are naturally derived foods or herbs like fish oils, mineral clays and seaweeds.
Instead of adopting the methods of supplementation, greater health benefits are to be obtained by removing toxins from the diet. These toxins are ubiquitous in the western diet of the 21st century, but with dedication they may be removed one by one.
It would be impractical to suggest that all of these materials be removed entirely from ones diet, however even with casual adherence to the protocol great health benefits will be obtained. The list is not designed to be exhaustive but should be used as a general guideline.
The following elements should be removed entirely from the diet:
1. Sugar
2. Caffeine
3. Alcohol
4. Chemical additives eg sweeteners like aspartame and MSG
5. Tobacco
6. Hydrogenated fats eg margarines and spreads
7. Tap water which is widely recognised to be polluted with chemicals, heavy metals and even parasitic contaminants
8. Carbonated drinks
9. Table salt which is toxic
10. Microwaved food which is very harmful
The following elements should be restricted:
1. Meat products and processed meat products
2. Processed foods in general
3. Animal fat and dairy products
4. White flour
The following elements should be introduced into the daily diet:
1. Fresh fruit and vegetables should compromise 70% of the overall dietary intake
2. Natural grains pulses and seeds
3. Fish and seafood
4. Mineral or spring water
5. Natural mineral salt e.g. Celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt
In addition to the important dietary considerations the body should also have at least thirty minutes of gentle aerobic exercise daily e.g. walking cycling or swimming. Exercise in the fresh air has significant advantages over indoor exercise.
Moderate amounts of sunlight are necessary and beneficial to the body. It is necessary to be outdoors to benefit from this exposure.
Quality sleep is another often overlooked factor. Correct sleep is vital for an optimal immune system and ideally one should retire to bed no later than 10pm at night. There is much wisdom in the well known saying 'Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise'.
In addition to the optimal amount of sleep, the human organism will benefit from relaxation and a relaxed lifestyle. Stress indicates that the system is overloaded with information and the adrenaline present in a stressed body will actually inhibit and prevent the immune system functioning correctly.
Even though occasional stress is quite normal and not seriously harmful, chronic stress i.e. stress experienced over an extended duration of time will eventually cause adrenal exhaustion, and serious illness will undoubtedly result as a consequence of the stress compromised immune system.
In the 21st Century environmental pollution poses a greater risk to human health than ever before and due to their intrinsic invisibility the dangers are even more insidious. The most ubiquitous and dangerous form of pollution in the modern world is electromagnetic pollution also known as EMF, EMR or EMP. Whilst it would be almost impossible to remove this challenge entirely we can limit its effects by taking reasonable precautions to avoid excessive exposure to electrical equipment like cellphones, computers and microwave ovens.
